1. How long will my order take?

Once your order is with us you can expect to take receipt of your order within 7-10 working days. Unfortunately, a guaranteed time of delivery on a requested date is not possible so please place your photobook order in plenty of time. For delivery to Europe please allow an additional four to five days and for delivery outside Europe please allow and additional five to eight days for delivery time.

Your photobook order will be sent out First Class Royal Mail. However, if your order is over 2kgs, it will be sent via couriered service. Deliveries outside Europe will be sent via Royal Mail

2. Can I send a pdf of a book for you to print?

Currently we are unable to accept PDF files that have been design externally to the Bob Designer software. You will need to complete your Bob Book exclusively within Bob Designer. However, if you wish to follow our design guidelines, you are most welcome to download the design brief from our website, then insert your images into the Bob Designer software through to enable your artwork to go through to the production process.

3. Can I pay for overnight shipping?

Once your order is with us, it will enter production right away. Due to this speedy production process we are unable to offer an overnight production and delivery process. Once completed your order will be sent via First Class Royal Mail. Orders over 2kgs will be sent via courier and all orders in Europe and the Rest of the World will be sent via Airmail.

4. I am using Snow Leopard (10.6), is the software comptible?

Yes! Our new Bob Designer software is compatible with both Snow Leopard 10.6 and Windows 7 for PC.

5. If I am unhappy with my order how can I return it to you?

If your Bob Book has been damaged or you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at askbob@bobbooks.co.uk explaining the issue, within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will investigate your complaint and may ask for additional information from you to help with the investigation. If your objection is warranted we will immediately arrange a free replacement to be printed, this will be sent out standard post. Pending the outcome, your original book must be return to us with the return postage sticker provided to be charged back to us. Please note we will not be able to refund postage for books returned to us by any other means.

6. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery of your Bob Book is charged at £4.50, with an additional £1.00 added per additional book in your order. Should you wish to order 10 or more books this will attract free postage.

7. What resolution and colour space should my images be when sent to you?

Please use the RGB or sRGB colour format to ensure that the colours will remain as close to your digital photograph as possible. If your photographs are in the CMYK mode, please convert them to RGB.

Bob Books recommends all of your images to be in RGB or sRGB format/space. If your images are in CMYK, please convert them to RGB. We are unable to offer colour or ICC profiles.

8. Can I order books without your logo on?

Yes. Please forward your company details through to us at askbob@bobbooks.co.uk and we will be sure to reply with a link to download our non-branded software to allow you to create book without our Bob Books logo located on the last page.

9. Can I create layouts in photo shop and add them to the software?

Yes. You will need to visit our design pdf which can be found here you will need to then insert your artwork into the Bob Designer software as per the instructions. Currently we are unable to accept artwork sent to us in any other way.

10. I have created books in the old software is there any way to convert them to the new software?

Unfortunately not. However there are processes to allow you to save a proof for future reference. Please email at info@bobooks.co.uk for more information.
