These terms will remain in force and be legally binding on you until such time as either you or we terminate this agreement. Access to and use by you of the Site constitutes acceptance by you of these terms, which take effect from the date of first access to the Site.

The Site is intended for access and use by persons in England and Wales only. Whilst the Site may be accessed and used by persons outside England and Wales, we do not represent or warrant that the information on this Site or any service provided through this Site complies with the regulatory regime of any other country.

Bob Books provides an e-commerce service via the Site producing photo-books for customers and may provide other services to customers via the Site from time to time. The Bob Books photo-book service provided via the Site involves the free download of Bob Books’ proprietary software, submission of content to Bob Books by customers and production of photo-books by or on behalf of Bob Books for customers. This service is subject to the Bob Books Terms and Conditions of Service accessible via the Site and you must confirm your Agreement to the Bob Books Terms and Conditions of Service prior to using the said service. Any other goods or services provided via the Site from time to time may be subject to additional terms and conditions which will be notified to you via the Site.
Bob Books may collect personal information from you during your access to and use of the Site. All such personal information will be dealt with in accordance with and subject to the Bob Books Privacy Policy accessible via the Site.
Hackers
It is possible that third parties may access this Site and alter their contents (hacking). Bob Books will not be liable for any damage or loss arising out of or resulting from any unauthorised access to, hacking, alteration or modification of information contained on the Site.
