6 Fun Ways to Use Your Wedding Photos

Once you’ve received the professionally edited wedding photos from your photographer, your next thought will probably be how you can best display all those fun memories from your wedding day. After all, if you invested a significant amount of money in a professional wedding photographer, you’ll want to make the most of your wedding photos.

Fortunately, aside from sharing your favourite shots on Facebook or Instagram, there are plenty of creative ways you can use your wedding photos. Here are a few ideas.

1. Design your own wedding photo book

One of the best ways to use your wedding photos is to design a gorgeous wedding photo book for your coffee table. If your photographer isn’t doing this for you, it’s easy to create your own using Bob Books online book creator.

You can choose to add some text or just keep it simple and let the photos speak for themselves. Not sure how to get started or need some inspiration? Check out our previous article for tips on how to design your wedding photo book.

2. Print your best photos

Since you probably have a couple of wedding photos that you absolutely love, whether they’re the traditional posed couple shots or fun candid images from the reception, why not have a few of them enlarged and printed on canvas?

It’s an easy way to turn your favourite photos into beautiful works of art for around the home, and canvas prints are also a lot more durable than photographs printed on traditional photo paper.

3. Make photographic posters

Since your parents and grandparents will likely want some photos of your wedding day to hang in their homes anyway, a few photographic posters of your wedding day could make lovely gifts.

This could be one of the group shots they feature in or one of the posed couple photos. Just be sure to check that the images you want to turn into photographic posters are the right dimensions and have a high enough resolution.

4. Make photo cards

Sending your guests a little thank you note after the wedding is always a nice touch, and what better way to do this than with a personalised card featuring a photo of your wedding day?

You could make some DIY photo thank you cards, of course, but another option would be to design and order your own custom made thank you cards from Bob Books.

5. Make a annual calendar

Another fun way to use your favourite photos from the wedding is to turn them into a photo calendar. This way, you’ll be able to enjoy a new wedding photo each month, and photo calendars could make great gifts for close friends and relatives as well.

Designing your own wedding photo calendar or thank you cards is as easy as downloading the free Bob Designer desktop software
