What are the turnaround times for delivery this year?
We have a handy help and info section which we try to keep as up to date as possible with all queries that come up. Each Christmas we update our section on delivery cut-off dates, you can find your product and date here.
How do I add on express shipping?
You can add express shipping at the checkout with the Bob Designer software & Bob Books app. However, if you are ordering through the Online Book Creator or PDF-to-Book, you cannot add this on. You can, however, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and email so we can upgrade this for you.
I forgot to add the promotional offer, can I get my discount?
You sure can. If you give us an email on email@example.com quoting your order number and email as well as the offer that you forgot to add on, we can refund you. However, if you have ordered from the Bob Books Bookshop or a re-order of your photo book, we do not offer promotional discounts to these orders. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on this. All excluded items are mentioned in our t&c's.
I have made a great photo book for a gift and want to share and order more copies
You can share your photo book with loved ones and can order more copies through your Bob Books account online. If you log in on the website and select “My account,” under “My books,” you can publish your photo books either publicly or privately and share the link with your loved ones via email. You can also reorder your photo books the same way. For more instructions on this, visit our help and info here.
Do you do Christmas gift wrapping?
We don’t do wrapping but we do have presentation boxes for our photo books which are ideal when gifting loved ones at Christmas.
I need to edit my photo book order shipping address
Email us on email@example.com quoting your order number and email and give us your incorrect address along with the new address you would like to change it to. It is a busy time of year for our customer care team so please do allow 24/48 hours for replies or updates about your order.
I can’t login or I need to update my email/password
If you’re having trouble logging in or need to update your email or password, please do give us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org where we can access your account and make the updates for you. We can take action Monday - Friday. If you are looking to update just your password, you can do this within your online account. See our help and info here for more information.
Can I make edits to my photo book after I have ordered it?
Unfortunately you cannot edit your photo book once it has been submitted to us for printing, however you can email us on email@example.com quoting your order number and email to stop the order and make a new one. We always advise, if you are creating your order through the software or Online Book Creator, to save your project to your account or computer as you go so you can open it up again if needed.
