Family Favorite Recipes

When my children set off for university, I put together a collection of recipes, and some cookery basics, for the food we like to eat at home. The collection grew and underwent many revisions over the years. It now includes a selection photos of food from our travels around the world which match the recipes. From cooking rice in a Tibetan monastery, to a picnic aboard a day cruiser on the Dutch canals with a 'Stupendous Pie', there is everything from Victoria Sponge, to Thai Green Curry, and more besides.
