Is Bob Books still open for business and taking orders?
Yes, Bob Books is still operating as usual and orders are currently being fulfilled without any limitations.

The health and safety of our employees and production lines is most important and we have implemented additional safety measures at our production facilities and at all stages of the handling process include packaging. For more information on delivery and safety please visit UPS or Royal Mail websites. 


Will delivery times be affected for our orders?
No, all deliveries are running as normal. Bob Books can currently process and deliver orders within standard timeframes. Details of our current delivery times can be found here. Despite best efforts some Royal Mail services may be disrupted. 


How are you protecting your staff at Bob Books?
Our head office staff are working remotely while production teams work to a strict shift pattern to ensure that it complies with social distancing and additional hygiene measures. We are doing everything we can to make sure our staff are protected and that orders can be delivered safely.
