I set up a Bob Books account but still can't log in
If you have set up a Bob Books account but are unable to log in and gain access, this could be because your account is not yet enabled.
You should have received a confirmation email when you created your Bob Books account which contains a link to enable your account. Your account will not be activated until you have clicked on this link. If you have not received the email please check your spam folder then contact info@bobbooks.co.uk.
It is also a good idea to check that you are putting in the correct user email and password and that you are spelling it correctly. It is a good idea to refresh the login page before trying again. If you enter your password incorrectly more than 3 times you will be permanently locked out and will need to contact our head office at info@bobbooks.co.uk to regain access.
