What is your returns / refunds policy?

All Bob Books products are covered by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy. Please note that most products cannot be returned for a refund once ordered unless they arrive damaged or with a quality issue.

If your order has arrived damaged or you believe there is a problem with the quality of your order, please send us images and a not of the problem to askbob@bobbooks.co.uk so we can advise and investigate this for you.
