Which countries do you ship to?
- 23rd November 2012
Bob Books is a UK based company, but we provide international delivery to some other countries around the world.
We ship to the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong*, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and USA.
International postage & packaging: International shipping costs are currently the same as our UK costs, however please allow for an extra 1 to 2 weeks on top of our suggested turn around times for deliveries outside of the UK. Please note that deliveries outside of the EU may incur import taxes or customs duty. The amount charged is set by the government of the country the goods have been shipped to and is payable by the recipient.
Christmas 2018: International packages will be shipped via Royal Mail and delivered by the National Postal Service of the recipients country. For Christmas deliveries, we suggest that you order a minimum of 10 days before the last posting date to your country (check 2018 last posting dates here). Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for items shipped outside of the UK, even if ordered within the recommended timeline. Factors such as snowstorms, backlogs with local customs clearance, postal strikes, etc are all beyond our control.
*Feb 2018. Please note that after recent issues with customs in China where packages have been returned on the grounds that "import of books into China is prohibited", we no longer ship to China. We do still ship to Hong Kong. If your shipping address is in Hong Kong, please ensure that Hong Kong is selected as the country.
