Why does my order progress bar appear to be frozen at 99%?
Some computer screens are set at a larger aspect ratio and resolution to others, and so you may not be able to see the whole of the order page within the screen view, and your order may appear frozen at 99%.
Once you enter your payment details, please scroll down on the small payment screen itself and then click on the continue button. This will then enable you to click on the complete button at the bottom and finish placing your order.
